You’re always welcome to let me know about any concerns so we can adapt the session to your needs (see our Waiver for more details please).

Not at all. Breathwork is accessible to complete beginners as well as those with an established practice. Each session is guided step‑by‑step, and you’re always encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for you.

Sessions typically begin with gentle grounding, followed by guided breathing techniques tailored to your goals — whether that’s relaxation, emotional release, or increased energy. You may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a shift in mood. These are normal and part of the process.
