Relaxing my jaw by massaging my jaw muscles and opening my mouth. 

As you can see, I’m breathing in a circular, conscious, connected and dynamic way with no breaks between inhale and exhale. I’m using my belly and diaphragm muscles to control my breath and to help me with breathing.
